The Newtown project was a straightforward and budget-friendly build for Merlin, thanks to the clients' clear vision. They wanted a completely new extension while preserving the old house's original features. The new design blends old with new, featuring a glass doorway, polished concrete floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. We're thrilled with the outcome and look forward to the clients enjoying their new, open, and airy home.
